My parents, Dan and Karen Gust, got into the hardware business almost 30 years ago with a very simple guiding philosophy: "Our Business is Customer Service." The idea was to have a locally owned, community oriented business that we would be proud to own and people would be proud to work for. We have grown by continually reinvesting in the business and our people. We have over forty helpful team members committed to providing outstanding customer service. These people represent hundreds of years of experience and we are proud to be able to work with them each day. My husband, Manny, and I are proud to continue the tradition of service started by my parents.
