Spring Lake Ace Hardware

It all started in 1955, when George the father of Kevin, Greg and Tim opened Northshore Hardware in North Muskegon. Some years later the business was operated by the three brothers. Around 1976 Northshore Hardware began its association with Ace Hardware. Expanding inventory deeper into plumbing, electrical and builders hardware. Northshore Hardware was known for its wealth of knowledge and advice, while also specializing in paint, fertilizer, small engine repair, skate sharpening and window repair. A vision to expand began to emerge and in May of 2005 Spring Lake Ace Hardware became a reality. This 15,000 square foot store allowed the growth of other categories including: patio furniture, Weber grills, Toro mowers and snow blowers and a full line of Stihl products.
