Farmers and Builders Camden opened their first location in 1986 at Mariner's Landing. In 2008 Farmers and Builders opened two more locations at 1060 East King Ave, Kingsland, GA and 687 Charlie Smith Sr. Hwy, St. Mary's, GA. In 2012 it was determined to be in the best interest of their companies to close the Mariner's Landing location. They currently operate two locations in Camden County.
