Boom Shaka Laka Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- 2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- ½ cup Boom Shaka Laka BBQ Sauce

With a sharp knife, separate the wings into drums and flats by cutting through the joints. Discard the wingtips.
Lightly brush the wings with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Prepare a grill for indirect low heat (225° – 275°F).
Grill the wings over indirect low heat for one hour, flipping once.
Raise the grill temperature to medium-high heat, 400° to 425°F. Brush the wings with Boom Shaka Laka BBQ sauce, flipping once. Cook until the internal temperature of the drums reads 165°F with an instant-read thermometer, about 10 to 15 minutes more.
